Acceptable use

Updated 28 October 2026

castme.love is for play, creativity and fun. These rules keep the technology from hurting people. Breaking them gets the content removed and the account blocked.

1. You may

Put yourself in the frame. Put in friends and people you know who agreed. Make creative, funny and parody clips that do not mislead anyone.

2. You may not

Use anyone’s face without their consent — including celebrities, politicians, exes and colleagues.

Create sexual, explicit or nude content — with anyone, even with consent. The filter rejects it automatically.

Use photos or videos of minors — in any form.

Deceive: pass a result off as a real recording, make fake news, political disinformation or fake evidence, impersonate someone, get around identity checks (KYC, biometrics), commit fraud.

Harass, humiliate, threaten, blackmail, spread hate speech or promote violence.

Use videos or photos you have no rights to, where that infringes their authors’ rights.

Remove or hide the “AI-generated” label, get around the filters, automate access to the service or resell it.

3. How we enforce this

Before every swap you confirm you have the right to the face and the video. The content filter rejects explicit material, and the credits come back.

We review complaints, remove violations and block accounts. Serious violations get no refund; signs of a crime go to the authorities.

4. Report

See your face used without consent, or another violation? Fill in the form at castme.love/report or write to hello@castme.love: what it is, where you saw it, and a link or file if you have one. Every result carries a mark in its metadata that leads us to its author. We handle reports as fast as we can, usually within 48 hours.
