1. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use the service. By signing up you confirm your age.

One account per person. You are responsible for everything done in your account and for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else has access, change the password and write to us.

Swaps need a confirmed email address: that is where we send your results and receipts.

2. What the service does

castme.love uses neural networks to automatically replace the faces of people in your video or photo with a face from your face library.

Results are made by an algorithm and may be imperfect: artifacts, flicker, unnatural details. We do not promise a result will meet your expectations, but we give the credits back when a swap fails.

We may change, improve or pause individual features. We will give notice of material changes in advance.

3. Credits and payment

Swaps are paid with credits. Current prices are on the Pricing page and on the confirmation step: a photo is 3 credits, Fast video 1 credit a second, HD 2 credits a second, for each person whose face is replaced. You see the price of a swap before you start it.

Credits come in packs, with no subscription and no automatic charges. Payment is in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only, to the address on the invoice. An invoice is valid for a limited time; credits are added once the transfer is confirmed on the network.

Sending another token, over another network or to another address may lose the funds, and we cannot reverse that. You pay the network fee. If less than the invoice amount arrives, write to us and we will credit it pro rata or settle the difference.

Credits do not expire while the account exists. They are not money and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or moved to another account.

The starter credits for confirming your email are free; results paid with them carry a castme.love watermark. After your first purchase new results come without it.

4. Refunds

If a swap fails, is canceled before processing starts or is rejected by the content filter, its credits return to your balance automatically.

Purchased credits are not exchanged back for money, except where the law requires it. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted or blocked for breaking the Rules.

5. Your content

The videos, photos and faces you upload, and the results, belong to you (or to whoever holds the rights). You give us a non-exclusive permission to store and process them only to make the swap, show it to you and protect the service from abuse.

You promise that you have the rights to the video or photo and the consent of everyone whose face you use, and that the swap breaks no law or anyone’s rights. You will compensate us for any loss if that is not so.

We never use your content to train models and never publish it.

6. Labels and prohibited use

Every result carries a visible “AI-generated” label and a matching note in the file’s metadata. Removing or hiding it is prohibited.

What you may not do with the service is set out in the Rules. If you break them we remove the content and may block the account without a refund, and report crimes to the authorities.

7. Storage

Uploaded videos and photos and the results are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. Save a result you want to keep. Faces in your library stay until you delete them.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You alone are responsible for how you use and share the results.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in your profile, with all its videos, faces and results.

We may block or delete an account that breaks these terms or the Rules, and may shut the service down with 30 days’ notice.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or on the site at least 14 days ahead; using the service after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law and venue: [the law of the operator’s country; the courts of the operator’s seat]. This does not take away the rights the consumer law of your country of residence gives you.
